Our 4-star holiday apartment offers 90 m² of open-plan living space spread over three floors, comfortably accommodating up to four people.

On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed. From here, you can access a modern bathroom with a shower, large bathtub, toilet, bidet, and underfloor heating.

The ground floor features a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The ground floor staircases can be secured with child-friendly safety blinds.

An additional bedroom with two single beds is located in the basement.

We are happy to provide an additional travel cot (120x60 cm) free of charge upon request. Please let us know in advance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
