It's located on the edge of the picturesque Eifel village of Baasem, surrounded by meadows. The 70 square meters comfortably accommodate four guests.

Enjoy the sun and fresh Eifel air in the idyllic garden and on two terraces.

Natural food lovers can harvest goutweed, dandelions, and nettles in the enchanting garden.

From the kitchen to the bathroom—with a walk-in shower—the house is modernly equipped.

On the ground floor, you'll find:

A new kitchen with a dining area, a living/dining room, a traditional-style living room, and a new bathroom.

Upstairs, with its cozy sloping ceilings, there are two comfortable double bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed) located next to each other.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
