With this motto in mind, we warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment "Little Holiday Bliss."

The 50m² apartment is located on the first floor of our quiet four-family house. It's situated in the heart of the city center (on the edge of town), very close to the promenade, and is suitable for two people.

Restaurants with outdoor seating, a butcher, a baker, and a discount supermarket are all within a two-minute walk.

The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with great attention to detail.

We offer a country-style living room with a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy television (large Smart TV with Ambilight & Netflix). There is also a dining table with comfortable chairs. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, egg cooker, toaster, Senseo Switch (pod and filter coffee), various teas, oils, and spices, you will also find a dining table with two chairs.

Prepare your own meals or treat yourself to a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby.

The bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 cm double bed (comfort height), comfortable mattresses/slatted frames, hypoallergenic duvets (transitional/summer/winter), and pillows. The wardrobe and two bedside tables offer ample space for your personal belongings.

The bright bathroom has a shower, toilet, mirrored cabinet, hairdryer, and storage space for your toiletries.

A coat rack is located in the small entrance hall, and a shoe rack is provided by the front door.

A linen package including bed linens, towel sets, and dish towels is included.

You will also find a cleaning cupboard with cleaning supplies, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Two bowls with a welcome treat are provided for your furry friend.

Garden use is unfortunately not possible.

You can park your car in our garage. Two bicycles are also available for exploring the surrounding area. If you bring your own bicycles, we also offer storage space.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
