General

The holiday home for 3 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, two freezers, a washing machine and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

The Wildbeere holiday home sits alone on a large wooded plot and offers fantastic views across the forests and mountains of the Hochsauerland region.

The holiday home's cozy living area features a modern, open-plan kitchen and a solid wood table. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax in the evenings. A fully automatic coffee machine and a modern LED television complete the amenities. The entire living area has solid oak flooring.

From the living area, you can step directly onto the 20-square-meter sun terrace, which offers magnificent views of the mountains.

The master bedroom upstairs offers space and comfort. It is furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The modern en-suite bathroom with a spacious rain shower allows you to start your day in a relaxed manner.

On the ground floor, there is a second, slightly smaller bedroom with another king-size box-spring bed (160x200 cm).

There is also a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.

The master bedroom upstairs offers ample space and comfort. Please note that during school holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia and on public holidays, we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Thank you!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
