In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The interior is complemented by a television with satellite connection. A utility room offers additional storage space. Please note that the fitted kitchen was redesigned in 2020 to meet the highest modern standards. The exterior of the house was completely renovated in 2023.
The outdoor area of the house is sure to suit every taste: the approx. 600 m² plot is completely fenced and offers garden furniture and a barbecue for cosy evenings outdoors. The leisure facilities available in the holiday complex, such as an outdoor pool for communal use, playground, tennis court and table tennis table, offer varied entertainment right on your doorstep.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
