Comfortable, detached holiday home This beautiful holiday home in the middle of the Eifel invites you to relax undisturbed with the whole family or with friends and acquaintances. It is located just outside the village of Rohr in the middle of the Eifel countryside. As it is also completely detached, it offers the ideal conditions for an undisturbed and relaxing holiday.
The open, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and has a gas hob for convenient cooking. Further kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, pans, pots, roasters, coffee machine, toaster, fondue. To ensure that your feet are always warm, the shower and WC are equipped with underfloor heating. The open fireplace provides cosy warmth on the ground floor. The open roof gallery offers sleeping accommodation for two to four people. In addition, the lower floor in the Sutterain with two rooms offers space for four adults and two to three children. The smaller of the two rooms can be reached via the other room. A television, video and DVD player are also available. WLAN can be used on request. There is a freezer and washing machine in the cellar. Bed linen and towels are provided if required.
You can enjoy the beautiful weather either on the sunbathing lawn or on the terrace. Barbecue facilities with swing grill or barbecue are of course also available. Pets are welcome except cats.
The heart of the house is the spacious living room with its open fireplace. You can make yourself really cosy there even in the cold season. The rustic furnishings create the right ambience. A stereo system and satellite TV provide entertainment. Dogs are welcome on the ground floor, cats are not allowed, other animals on request.
Your own forest right on the doorstep The house is located on the edge of the forest. Ideal for families whose children can run and play carefree through the woods and fields. There is virtually no car traffic. Those seeking peace and quiet will also find what they are looking for here. Or if you want to work, you won't be disturbed here. The house is certainly not uninteresting for small working groups either. Relaxing hikes in the countryside The hiking opportunities are plentiful and varied. Many tours and destinations can be organised. Recharge your batteries at idyllic lakes In summer, the nearby Freilinger See lake (approx. 3 km away) offers idyllic bathing opportunities and a barbecue area. Of course, you can also fish here all year round. Lake Kronenburg also offers plenty of leisure activities such as sailing, surfing, fishing, swimming, tennis, minigolf, boccia and barbecues. Further excursion tips and information about the region can be found at the Upper Kyll Valley Tourist Office. If you need more water, you should visit the Rursee, which can be found in the direction of Aachen.
