The holiday apartment is located in the basket-making village of Dalhausen, a district of the town of Beverungen/Weser in the Höxter district.

Our house is situated on a south-facing slope with beautiful views of the village and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment accommodates up to four people and has a separate entrance accessible via an external staircase.

The garden, the large terrace with barbecue facilities, and the smaller terrace with a beach chair invite you to relax and unwind.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. The kitchen includes a fully automatic coffee machine, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The living room features a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge.

A private parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
