The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a residential complex that dates back to the 16th century. The apartments have been refurbished in a typical old style and have modern amenities. They are in the midst of the Arnsberg old town, but nevertheless very quiet. The apartments have been named according to former significant residents.

You can walk to various sights around town in a few minutes: the Sauerland Museum, Kulturschmiede, castle ruins, art exhibition, the classicistic district by Neumarkt, the Romanesque Probstei Church etc. The nearest shopping facilities are about 500 metres away.
