Our holiday apartment 3 East is wheelchair accessible, on the ground floor, and offers 45 square meters of well-designed living space. It features a combined living room and kitchen with a large sliding window opening onto the terrace, a dressing room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. All rooms have windows with electric blinds and mosquito nets. The apartment is very bright. In summer, a sunshade provides shade for the seating area in front of the apartment.

The new bathroom boasts a rain shower, glass shower enclosures, and underfloor heating.

The apartment and kitchen are fully equipped with ample dishes, cutlery, and everything else you might need. We are always happy to accommodate our guests' requests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
