This holiday house, which was carefully and tastefully renovated and completely newly furnished in 2016, is in the Rurtal of the beautiful Northern Eifel. The short distance to Monschau, the Rursee, the Eifel National Park and the Hohe Venn make it a great starting point for lovely trips.

The terrace behind the house has garden furniture. There are five parking spaces in front of the house.

The house provides ample space for 18 people and is therefore ideal for larger groups. It has eight separate bedrooms: five double bedrooms, a single room, a three-bed room and a four-bed room. The bedrooms are spread over three floors. Each floor has a bathroom with either a shower or bath and a WC. There is an additional guest WC right next to the front door on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery for 18 people and appliances including an electric stove with an oven and a ceramic hob, a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The light living and dining room with a fantastic view of the Rurtal provides generous tables and plenty of seating for 18 people. Satellite TV and a radio with a CD player are also provided in the living and dining room. There are two further satellite TVs (100cm diameter) in the two bedrooms.

You can find shops such as Aldi, DM, Lidl, Real and Netto in the neighbouring locality Imgenbroich five minutes away by car. The neighbouring village of Rohren, two minutes away by car, has a little village shop with essentials. Widdau has a restaurant, a three-minute walk away. Various hiking and cycling trails such as the Eifelsteig and the Rurufer cycle path pass by the house nearby. The rustic little town of Monschau is about 45 minutes away along a very quiet forest track along the river Rur.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
