The generous floor-to-ceiling windows above the living and sleeping areas enhance the modern ambiance and offer stunning sea views.

The apartment is uniquely and stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. Pets are not allowed in our non-smoking apartment.

The large balcony is perfect for leisurely breakfasts, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, or simply unwinding at the end of the day. A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, or 11.5 ft) ensures a restful sleep and a relaxed start to your day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
