The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a table tennis table, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. The holiday house in a modern bungalow style is located on the edge of the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve.

From the living / dining room you can access a spacious terrace by means of the large terrace door. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of fields, meadows and forests. There is a large charcoal grill, a fire bowl and a seating set with 10 chairs available for social hours. 3 Relaxation loungers are available as well as a table tennis table.The village's own playground (slide, swing, seesaw, merry-go-round, climbing frame, rocking horse, sand) can be reached in 500 meters. The sports field (volleyball, football, basketball) is only 50 meters away.

Our holiday house in modern bungalow style (completed in 2021) is divided into a kitchen-living room, a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room. There are no stairs available. The doors are wide enough for wheelchair users. Fireplace and WLAN (LTE broadband expansion will take place soon...) exist. All rooms are equipped with fly screens and external shutters.Dogs are welcome and travel free of charge. For the safety of the children and their beloved four-legged friends, the garden plot is completely fenced at 1.60 m and - double rod mats with undermining protection. There are no other dogs on the right and left on the neighboring plots.Enjoy the wide, unobstructed view of meadows, fields and forests from the terrace. If you get up early enough in the morning, you might even be able to spot deer running by.

The surrounding inland lakes offer you numerous swimming opportunities. These include, for example, the Schaalsee (8 km), the Neuenkirchener See (3 km) and the Boissower See (2 km). Many cycling and hiking trails.- State capital Schwerin (30 km) with Schwerin Castle and Schwerin Zoo.- Baltic Sea coast (70 km) - Hanseatic city of Wismar and the adjacent island of Poel with its ports and other cultural attractions. There is a carport with three parking spaces at the house. Further parking facilities are of course available on a paved area in front of the house. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
