This beautiful vacation apartment with a loggia and harbor view is located directly in the Old Harbor area of Wismar, nestled among impressive old warehouses. It's just a short walk along the harbor promenade to the Old Town, and you'll find yourself in Wismar's historic center as soon as you pass through the medieval water gate at the harbor. The apartment is located in a building that also houses a café and other vacation rentals.

This cozy two-room apartment is located on the top floor and accommodates two people and one additional person. The apartment includes a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen and loggia, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The south-facing loggias offer a wonderful view of Wismar's Baltic Sea bay and the historic Old Town. A private, lockable storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for guests who wish to bring their own bicycles.

Parking is available for rent at €5 per day.

There is a breakfast café in the building. Maritime restaurants, traditional pubs, and quaint harbor taverns are within easy walking distance. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
