Welcome to your perfect break in the heart of nature! Our charming semi-detached house is located just 100 metres north of the Bodstedt Bodden, nestled in the quiet and tranquil resort of Wieck with around 900 inhabitants. Enjoy the picturesque view of the Bodden from our south-facing terrace, despite the slightly restricted view from the neighbouring house and some trees. A place that promises peace and relaxation even in the high season.

Inside, the house impresses with a generous living space of 85 square metres, spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting hallway, a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining and living room with a fireplace to create a homely atmosphere. Upstairs, three lovingly furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200) and two others with single beds (90 x 200), offer space for those seeking relaxation. A further shower room and amenities such as free Internet and satellite TV round off the comfort.

The outdoor area invites you to linger outside with a spacious, south-facing terrace and well-equipped patio furniture. The beautifully enclosed garden area, which is bordered on three sides, offers privacy and space to relax in the open air.

The immediate surroundings of our house are a true paradise for nature lovers. Wieck is located on the edge of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park, surrounded by the approximately 40 square kilometres of the Darß forest area, which borders directly on the uniquely unspoilt Baltic Sea beaches. Discover the fascinating peninsula with its history, around 60 kilometres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the large Bodden waters that surround Wieck. The region offers a special highlight with one of the largest crane resting places in Europe, where more than 40,000 migratory birds put on a spectacular natural spectacle every year in spring and autumn.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
