The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, two radios, a fireplace and nine heaters. In addition there is a garden and a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a hairdryer, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two freezers, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Built in 2021, this wooden house for 6 people is very modern and comfortably furnished. It is located in a quiet location, within sight of the Great Wariner Lake.

The non-smoking house is fitted with tile and vinyl flooring and features underfloor heating and a fireplace.
The spacious open-plan living-dining area, which leaves nothing to be desired, is connected to the impressive hallway. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. You can host great game nights at the large dining table. The comfortable sofa and large satellite TV invite you to relax. The ground floor also features a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sauna. After your sauna session, you can step directly out onto the covered terrace.

Upstairs, there are three very tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as an exquisite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. The box-spring beds are 1.80 x 2.00 meters and equipped with high-quality mattresses. Two of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

A washing machine, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board are also available. Board games and literature are also provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home. The hosts do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed. A highchair and a travel cot are also available free of charge.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the morning or evening sun on two terraces – with these ideal amenities (garden furniture, barbecue), you'll quickly feel at home and fall into a carefree holiday atmosphere. Private parking and a wall box are located on the property. The adjacent lockable garden shed offers enough space to store necessary equipment, such as bicycles.

A 4-person Canadian canoe with life jackets in various sizes is available free of charge. However, use is at your own risk and without liability or warranty!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
