The "Tuscany" apartment is located on the first floor of an old half-timbered house on private property, centrally located in Waren. The entire upper floor is yours to enjoy.

Your separate entrance with a wooden staircase leads you via the furnished balcony to your exceptional holiday apartment.

Additional balconies/verandas await you along the inside of the house, featuring two seating areas and overlooking the courtyard. These balconies are accessible from both bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen.

So you can enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee in the early morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Your two romantic bedrooms also allow for a relaxing holiday for up to four people in your "Tuscany" apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
