The holiday home for 34 persons has eight bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with two single high sleepers, 16 single beds, two single sofa beds, a single folding bed and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heater, two DVD players, a fireplace, a heather, two radios and two CD players. In addition there is a bicycle, a balcony and a garden and there are three terraces and five sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with eight showers.

The holiday home has three washing machines, two fridges, two freezers and two tumble dryers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys and there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two ovens, two dishwashers and two coffee makers.

Detailed information

Our guesthouse is located in the former stables of an old farmhouse dating back to 1920. Lovingly renovated and redesigned, it has been a unique accommodation option in Northern Germany since 2012. It offers a rustic setting for family celebrations, group meetings, training courses, and similar events.

On the ground floor (230 m²), the centrally located old threshing floor (100 m²) serves as a common room for the surrounding holiday apartments, which can accommodate up to 9 people.

Upstairs, the former hayloft (120 m²), flooded with light and featuring a 7-meter-high ceiling, serves as a central common room for the surrounding holiday apartments, which can accommodate up to 25 people. Our two kitchens are fully equipped for 40 people. A 3000 m² garden with sun loungers, a fire pit, and a barbecue is also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
