Family-friendly Swedish-style log cabin in a perfect location on the edge of the forest by Lake Userin, 84 sq m, two stories. In summer, a swimming paradise for young and old, in winter an oasis of peace and wellness amidst the natural landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District near the town of Neustrelitz.

The vacation home has three double bedrooms for six people, as well as additional sleeping options in the living room and a crib, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, a shower room, an open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a terrace.

The well-maintained sauna is particularly popular with our guests. The "Rote Seerose" (Red Water Rose) house is very tastefully and luxuriously furnished by a private owner in Scandinavian style.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
