General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Our cosy and modern holiday flat in the lagoon town of Ueckermünde offers you all the amenities you need for a relaxing and varied holiday with family or friends. There is a free car park for your vehicle on the grounds of the lagoon town. At reception you can hire bicycles for a fee, order breakfast rolls or simply do a load of laundry. A licence-free boat can also be booked on site by the hour or by the day. Pets are generally allowed, and there is even a separate dog beach. However, out of consideration for other holiday guests, we ask for your understanding that we cannot tolerate dogs that are subject to fighting dog regulations.

All rooms are south-facing, with a wonderful view of the marina and Ueckermünde. In addition to the bright living room with balcony, you will find a separate kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. Cable TV and internet connection are of course also available. We are also happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair for your little ones free of charge

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
