The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stair gate, two televisions, three heathers, a fireplace and a CD player. In addition there is a terrace and a garden and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.

Our newly renovated (2022) former farmhouse in Hof Gronow, near the Strelasund and the Tremter Bodden beach (400m) between Stralsund and Greifswald, offers holidaymakers a comfortable, lovingly decorated 94 m² (according to DIN standards) maisonette apartment for up to 4 people. The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, you can enjoy your holiday here. With its own entrance, private XL terrace with garden access, and private parking space, the spacious maisonette apartment, which is essentially a pickup truck house (the upper floor belongs exclusively to the maisonette), offers:

On the ground floor:

a cloakroom, a new tiled bathroom with shower/toilet/washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 4 people.

On the upper floor:

The entire upper floor belongs exclusively to the holiday apartment and offers a magnificent view of the water, Rügen, or far across the adjacent fields. The bright living room, which extends all the way to the gable and features the charm of the approximately 100-year-old, restored roof beams, offers seven windows and panoramic views to the west and east towards Rügen and the Strelasund. For cooler days, you'll find a new wood-burning stove with a soapstone top (wood included), as well as a bookcase and a games cabinet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the "Lighthouse Room" with its own tiled bathroom/shower/toilet, also open to the gable, and the spacious "Rügen View Room," both with proper beds made of solid oak and new mattresses. Each room has a wardrobe and new, high-quality vinyl flooring. Some windows have mosquito nets, and pleated blinds or curtains are provided for blackout.

The living space, according to DIN standards (excluding the sloping ceilings), is 85 m². The furnished XL terrace with a grill measures 36 m² (1/4 of which is included in the calculation).

Newly built in 2022:

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome, €6 per night per pet.

The stairs are somewhat steep and modern, equipped with motion-activated LEDs.

Included: all utilities such as electricity (not for electric cars), water, heating, firewood, Wi-Fi, basic kitchen supplies (towels, cloths, dish soap, spices, etc.). Final cleaning (professional cleaning company) is €115, plus the cost for a dog if applicable. Bed linens and towels are included (beds are made up). No tourist tax.

During the GDR era, the house was an FDGB (Free German Trade Union Federation) holiday home for children.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
