Welcome to our charming holiday home, Marina, in picturesque Stralsund, Western Pomerania. This idyllic holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests in 60 square meters of living space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm). The beds on the upper floor are each 90x200 cm.

Outside, you'll find a terrace with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing summer evenings. Parking is also available.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the holiday home. Smoking is, of course, allowed on the terrace. My family and I live next door and are happy to provide tips for exploring the region upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
