This beautiful three-room holiday home is located on a waterfront property in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, between Wismar and Schwerin, in Sternberg am See. The town center is just a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation includes a cozy living room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday home with a terrace is located directly on Lake Sternberg – your boat and the jetty are just a few meters away. Use of the private jetty and rowing boat is free of charge.
The Baltic Sea beach at Kühlungsborn is 74 km away, and the island of Poel is 50 km away. The small town of Sternberg is a state-recognized health resort. With around 4,000 residents, it offers excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. The town is surrounded by around 90 lakes. This holiday is ideal for relaxation, fishing, or an active holiday. Children will enjoy themselves just as much as their parents or grandparents. In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District you will find beautiful nature and an architecturally beautiful, historically interesting and yet modern small town

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
