The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the first floor, overlooking a park, and is also accessible by elevator.

A parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room are available in the courtyard.

The apartment has dual orientation, with a southwest-facing loggia and a northeast-facing balcony. The separate bedroom facing the courtyard offers peace and quiet for a restful sleep. A sofa bed in the open-plan living area is available for a third guest.

All windows can be darkened with exterior blinds for sun protection or completely blacked out at night.

The open-plan design and modern furnishings offer a high quality of stay for our guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday apartment, on the loggia, and on the balcony!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
