50 m2 log cabin with its own 3500 m2 lake and over 5000 m2 fully fenced property, ideal for guests and holidaymakers with pets. The lake invites you to go fishing and swimming, or on a boat trip, or just for a walk around the lake. The house with lake is situated in the centre of a small village with approx. 75 inhabitants. The lake has a good stock of fish (pike, zander, tench, perch, rudd, ale, carp) and can be fished day and night. Barbecues and campfires are possible. A boat and bathing jetty with bathing ladder is available, and a boat for 2 people with electric motor. A Finnish sauna invites you to take a sauna and then jump directly from the sauna into the cold lake. There are also many rare birds on the lake, such as the kingfisher, just right for birdwatchers/ornithologists who want to observe the animals in peace and quiet. Yoga and donkey riding tours are also offered on site. Thanks to its good geographical location, you can take day trips to Uckermünde on the Szczecin Lagoon, 25 km away, to swim in the lagoon and go on boat trips. Trips to the Polish city of Szczecin, 40 km away, are also possible to do some cheap shopping or see the beautiful old town. The island of Usedom with its three imperial resorts Heringsdorf, Basin and Ahlbeck is 80 km away, where you can swim in the Baltic Sea or take part in boat trips and visit a pier. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
