Located directly on the beach promenade of the port city of Sassnitz, just a few meters from the Baltic Sea, is the "Ostseeresidenz" holiday apartment. On the south-facing loggia, you can sit protected from the elements and enjoy the panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. On cooler days, you can warm up in the apartment's own sauna.

The spacious and modernly furnished living and dining room integrates the open, fully equipped kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the room to the loggia and offer an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom, furnished with a double bed, also provides access to the south-facing loggia.

An additional interior bedroom has two single beds.

In addition to the modern shower room, there is also a guest toilet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
