Although the country house is surrounded by fields and woods (a stream also flows around the property), the house is so centrally located that you can reach all the attractions in the area from here in a manageable time.

The house itself was built in 2007, offers a high level of comfort, is a non-smoking house and has accommodation for 4 - 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms for two people each, a dining room with a large country-style dining table, a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed for two more people, a large bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and everything you need.

You can also sit outside on one of two terraces, one of which is generously covered, and enjoy the large property. Dogs are welcome, unfortunately cats are not :-).

Shopping for everyday necessities is also no problem. The municipality of Sanitz, to which Wendorf belongs, is only about 8 minutes away and offers several supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, cash machines etc. You are not far from the Baltic Sea beach (approx. 35 min), can go shopping and strolling in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Rostock (approx. 20 min), can enjoy the lakes of Mecklenburg Switzerland (approx. 45 min) and even the world heritage city of Stralsund and Rügen are within easy reach (approx. 50 min). Or you can simply stay here and hike directly from the front door through the protected forests or cycle along the official cycle path that passes right in front of the house into the vastness of nature. After all, who wants to go to the beach every day? In short, there's nothing to stop you from spending your best time of the year here.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
