The quiet sleeping area, with views of fields and woods, has a balcony door leading directly to the garden. There, garden furniture and a parasol invite you to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. An additional bedroom with a double bed offers additional comfort – ideal for couples or small families who want to live close to nature and in a cozy atmosphere. The spacious garden offers numerous opportunities for relaxing, barbecuing, or playing. Children will enjoy the trampoline, sandpit, and ping-pong table, while fruit, vegetables, and herbs grow in the garden. Animals from neighboring farms ensure a rural experience. The Saaler Bodden lagoon is only about two kilometers away and offers ideal conditions for sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, or cycling. The nearby Fischland-Darß peninsula, with its expansive beaches, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. A common room is available on site for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
