The holiday flat in Neuendorf is located in Saal opposite the Bodden side of the Fischland / Darss peninsula.
The large terrace is accessible via the living room and is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. It is fenced and approx. 130 m² in size. The entire outdoor area is approx. 3890 m² in size and can be shared. There is a playground with swing, digging box & trampoline. Two free parking spaces belong to the holiday flat.
The flat is approx. 80 m² in size and suitable for up to eight people. It was newly built in 2016 and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The house has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower as well as a second, separate guest WC. All rooms are arranged on one level and have underfloor heating. The living/dining area with access to the terrace is equipped with a 50'' flat-screen TV (satellite TV), DVD player, stereo system and Internet connection (WLAN) (surcharge). A high chair and a travel cot are also available. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher and is open to the living/dining area. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200 cm and 180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (100 x 200 cm).
Neuendorf harbour with its new marina and boat hire is just three minutes away from the holiday home. The Saaler Bodden, a paradise for surfers and kiters, is just 300 metres away. Wustrow, Ahrenshoop and Dierhagen can be reached by car within 15 minutes and by bike within 40 minutes. There are very well-developed cycle paths (Baltic Sea cycle path). The nearest supermarket is eight kilometres away. There is a bakery three kilometres away. There is a restaurant and a snack bar 300 metres away.
Bicycles can be hired. The property is fenced. A motorboat for fishing or sailing on the Saaler Bodden (licence-free for up to five people) is available and can be hired. The bathing area on the Bodden beach is about 300 metres away.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
