General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden (fenced), a balcony, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

The villa has a private swimming pool, sauna and wellness area and is located in the centre of the famous Sternberg lake district in Rühn, near the town of Bützow. Many lakes, avenues, healthy nature. The 570 m² villa with 4500 m² garden is located on the Warnow. You use a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace and large flat screen TV, the dining room with large table and garden view, a fireplace room with library, a large and modern kitchen, five bedrooms including one on the ground floor (4 upstairs / two with large loggia), 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet, as well as a spacious terrace with plenty of garden furniture, of course, there is also W -Lan and Internet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

The pool has 26-27 degrees warm water; the air 1 - 2 degrees more. And that despite our energy costs. Children are only allowed in the pool under supervision. The tarpaulin must always be pulled over the water when not bathing to prevent accidents! The fitness centre is not heated - use at your own risk. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in without supervision. Boredom? Only if you want it ... Otherwise you can swim at the lake in Rühn - bathing area 500 metres from the house in the village of Rühn, canoeing with the house's own boats (water hike on the Warnow). Or an excursion with the Warnowlöper (excursion boat) from Büztow to Schwan with catering, the open-air museum Groß Raden, the nature and environmental park Güstrow with wolf and bear enclosure are waiting for you. Day trips to the Baltic Sea coast to Kühlungsborn (45 min) and Rerik as well as to the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, Ganschow Riding Stud, Bützow Abbey Church, Rühn Nunnery are all within easy reach. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
