The lake with its swimming area is just a 3-minute walk from our house. The house features a spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with everything you need. In the adjoining living area, you can relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy the evening. The relaxation room upstairs offers the perfect place to unwind after a sauna session. Games and books are provided, ensuring a pleasant day even in bad weather. The showers are almost level with the floor, and the downstairs bathroom has a corner bathtub. Both bathrooms are equipped with built-in radios. Underfloor heating provides warmth on the ground floor, and both mosquito nets and exterior blinds are fitted.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
