The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather, a stereo, a radio and a CD player. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, an air conditioner and a roof terrace. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, two washbasins and a hairdryer.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The houseboat has no motor and is firmly attached to the jetty. No pets allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
