The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV, two DVD players, a CD player, a stereo, a heater, six heaters and two radios. In addition there is a garden and a terrace and there are two sandboxes and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two hairdryers, four showers and two washbasins.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two freezers and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove and a coffee maker.

It boasts a total living area of 110 m², a garden of over 600 m², and offers optimal comfort for 5 guests and a small child. The home is furnished to a very high standard and with individual attention to detail. From the 38 m² living/dining area with five floor-to-ceiling windows and a home cinema system, as well as the 24 m² terrace, you can enjoy views across the fields to the lighthouses of Cape Arkona and the Kosegarten Chapel in the fishing village of Vitt. With our private sauna and cozy, crackling fireplace, you can relax perfectly even in the colder months and unwind after a strenuous day at the beach or hiking. Two large parking spaces for your exclusive use directly on the property complete the picture.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
