Discover the cosiness of our 3-room holiday flat on the idyllic island of Usedom. This ground-floor accommodation is perfectly designed for 4 people on a living space of just under 50m² and, in addition to a free car park right outside the door, your pet is also very welcome. Whether for a family holiday or a relaxing trip with friends - here you will find the ideal retreat for an unforgettable time.
Inside, you will find a well-thought-out layout that emphasises cosy living. Two inviting bedrooms - one with a generous 180 cm wide double bed and a spacious wardrobe with mirrored door, the other with a cosy 140 cm wide French bed. The living and dining area with sofa bed offers a perfect corner for relaxing and socialising. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher to provide you with all the comforts of home. This offer is rounded off by a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower and cosy underfloor heating for the colder days.
The outdoor area invites you to linger in the open air with a furnished terrace consisting of comfortable garden furniture and a large parasol. Enjoy your breakfast here in the morning sun or relaxing evening hours under a starry sky. The terrace is the perfect setting for relaxing moments in a private atmosphere.
The location of our holiday flat in Pudagla on Usedom is characterised by its central yet quiet position. Nestled between the Achterwasser and Schmollensee lakes and not far from the Baltic Sea with its beautiful beaches, the village of Pudagla offers the ideal starting point for explorations of all kinds. Use the newly created cycle paths for tours to historical places such as Pudagla Castle or explore nature by boat on the Achterwasser. The proximity to the beach, just 2.5 kilometres away, allows for spontaneous swimming trips or long walks by the sea.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
