The interior of our holiday home offers 100 square metres of living space in a modern and lovingly furnished ambience that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The entrance area leads into a spacious hallway and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with adjoining living area, equipped with modern entertainment electronics for cosy evenings. On the ground floor there is also one of the three bedrooms with a single bed and a guest WC. The upper floor surprises with a spacious sleeping area, a seating area, another comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed and a spacious shower room.

Outside, our spacious terrace, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to relax. Enjoy the idyllic view with a glass of wine and use our barbecue for cosy evenings at dusk. The lovingly designed garden with fruit trees, swings and a pavilion with party lighting and music offer the perfect retreat. Three parking spaces are available for visitors arriving by car.

The area surrounding our house is a paradise for nature and culture lovers. Only 2 km from Poseritz and 27 km from Bergen auf Rügen, there is a wide range of activities such as cycling, walking and cycling tours. Riding stables, a golf course, a marina and opportunities for fishing and swimming are all within easy reach. The picturesque Baltic seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and the historic towns of Stralsund and Greifswald also invite you to explore.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
