Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. 2 terraces, south facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: sauna, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The sauna with relaxation room and two additional beds (tandem bed, 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) is located in an annex(separate entrance).

Private: property 420 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
