Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift. The apartment is on two levels with space-saving staircase to the steeply sloping attic (loft). The sleeping possibility in the nursery is a pull-out bed (tandem bed).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
