Our holiday flat is very quietly located in a small Mecklenburg village near Waren Müritz. A large garden with opportunities to relax and play for children invite you to linger. The car park is located on the fenced property.

Due to the location, excursion destinations in the region are easily accessible. The historic old town in Waren-Müritz with its promenade, shops and restaurants invites you to linger. This is also the starting point for excursions with passenger ships or motor or sailing boats.

Countless cycling and hiking trails around Waren Müritz and its lakes (Müritzhof, Kölpinsee, Tiefwarensee, Eiszeitpfad) offer you the opportunity to get to know the area better. Visit the nature climbing park in Waren, the bear park in Plau am See, the Müritzeum, the meadow enclosure in Speck, the Agroneum in Altschwerin and the Ivenacker Eichen near Stavenhagen.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
