The 3-room holiday apartment in the "Am Waldrand" complex is furnished with natural wood furniture. The kitchen includes a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment features a balcony with a lovely view of the peaceful surroundings, right next to the Gespensterwald (Ghost Forest). The master bedroom has a double bed and a crib. The separate children's room has two single beds.

The complex was completed in 2005 and is located in the center of the Baltic Sea resort, directly adjacent to the Gespensterwald, just 500 meters from the Baltic Sea. Small shops, bakeries, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Services such as a hairdresser and bicycle rental are also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
