Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You'll feel right at home and instantly relaxed from the moment you arrive!

Our two semi-detached houses are tastefully and comfortably furnished in a country style with great attention to detail. Enjoy the finest Baltic Sea flair!

The ground floor and upper floor both have underfloor heating, and the fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth on cooler days.

The carefully selected furnishings will delight you from the moment you step inside. There's no shortage of decorations and beautiful pictures!

For our book-loving guests, a comfortable armchair with a reading lamp awaits in the beautifully furnished living room.

Of course, each semi-detached house is equipped with LED TVs (living room and both bedrooms upstairs), as well as a radio with a CD player.

Both newly installed kitchens are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired.

If you're traveling with several people, two bathrooms with showers and toilets provide a relaxing spa-like experience.

There are two bedrooms upstairs in each semi-detached house; All apartments are furnished with bright, stylish furniture, and with beds measuring 180cm and 160cm wide, you're sure to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The converted attic (with a ceiling height of approximately 1.7m) offers a comfortable sleeping space for two people.

On the terrace and in the fenced garden, you'll find garden furniture, including two sun loungers. Several bicycles are also available for your use in each apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
