This 68 m² three-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a new villa built in the traditional seaside resort style, just 250 m from the fine sandy beach.

One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the second has a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. Both bedrooms have TVs. The living room has a TV, radio, and CD/DVD player. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, grill, etc. A washing machine is available in the bathroom with shower. A travel cot and highchair are provided for young children. The terrace and garden area are approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi and parking directly at the house are free of charge.

Payment terms and -periods

If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
