The holiday apartment is located in the basement of my house.

In addition to four comfortable sleeping options, there is the possibility of adding a baby/child's bed (70x140cm) or a guest bed (90x200cm).

Non-smoking, very spacious, usable year-round – pleasantly cool in summer / child-friendly amenities / bed linen and towels included / swimming lake approx. 150m / sports and play facilities in the yard, garden and rabbits, large play area behind the house.

From the backyard, you can observe many animals: deer and fallow deer, cranes, wild geese, red kites, and much more.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
