This beautiful holiday home is located in Kneese, which is only six kilometres from the popular "Marlow Bird Park" and is a natural oasis for those seeking relaxation in a dreamlike secluded location with sauna and billiards in the middle of the nature of Western Pomerania! From our own experience, the climate here is very good for respiratory diseases!

You have a large fenced garden area with a sun terrace for cosy evenings where you can enjoy your holiday by the open fireplace. The children also have plenty of space to play and run around. You can conveniently park your car directly on the property. If you are travelling by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the station.

The ground-floor house is very spacious with an area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to six (seven) people. There are three bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one single bed. One bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m wide) and two people can sleep in the fitness room. The large living area with corner suite and open-plan kitchen provides plenty of space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and microwave. The bathroom is modern, spacious and has a shower. Everything is very modern and furnished to a high standard. There is also a sauna, a large pool table and darts. So you can have a lot of fun even when the weather is not so good.

The house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by trees and fields. The beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are just 30 minutes away by car, as are the towns of Rostock, Stralsund and Ribnitz-Damgarten. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
