The holiday flat is located on the ground and first floor. It has a living space of approx. 105 m² and is ideal for accommodating 4 adults with 2 children (up to 8 years). On the ground floor you will find a large, combined living and kitchen area with a cosy sofa corner, a large dining table with modern chairs and enough space for six people as well as a fully equipped kitchen. One of the three bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. It has a 160 cm wide box-spring bed with separate mattress and a wardrobe. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. The first room has another 160 cm wide box-spring bed with a separate mattress. The other bedroom also has a box-spring bed, but it is 140 cm wide and has a full-length mattress. Two well-designed bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, are also part of the flat. They are equipped with a shower and WC and have natural light. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge. Extra beds are possible. All rooms can be heated.

There is a lockable bicycle shed on the property.

Dogs with a maximum height of 40 cm are allowed on request.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
