Welcome to these holiday apartments, completely renovated and furnished in 2026, in the tranquil village of Lütow, in the Neuendorf district on the Gnitz peninsula below Zinnowitz. Located on the ground floor, they are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The former servants' quarters and stables of the von Lepel manor have been lovingly and warmly transformed into two inviting apartment buildings, combining modern amenities with the charm of bygone eras. The family-run apartments enjoy a sunny location just 1.5 km from the Achterwasser lagoon. Each apartment has Wi-Fi. From May to September, a sailboat can be rented on-site (for a fee). Enjoy peaceful evenings at the communal barbecue with a fire pit. Each apartment has its own terrace with a parasol and garden furniture. Sun loungers are available in the shared garden. You will find an open-plan living and dining area and one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom boasts a modern ambiance and a walk-in shower. The sandy beach in Zinnowitz is also easily accessible, where you can cool off in the Baltic Sea on hot summer days.

A lovely day trip by bike is, for example, the circular route around the Gnitz peninsula – Zinnowitz – Trassenheide – Wolgast – Krummin – Gnitz peninsula, which is about 55 kilometers long. You'll cycle through the heart of Usedom, visit a beach, take a detour to the former residence of the Pomeranian dukes, and then cycle back through the tranquil hinterland of the Gnitz peninsula. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
