Our welcoming and modernly furnished three-room holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained building with only four units. It was lovingly renovated and furnished by us in 2021. The two adjoining terraces, for your exclusive use, invite you to relax and unwind. A separate entrance leads from the driveway and private carport into the bright hallway of the apartment.

The master bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a television. The smaller bedroom at the front of the apartment is also furnished with a bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The spacious and open-plan living/dining area with a TV corner (55-inch TV) and a wood-burning stove ensures a cozy atmosphere even in bad weather. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, etc.), the apartment includes a bright shower room with underfloor heating. Furthermore, a lockable wooden shed is available for storing bicycles you bring with you.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
