The accommodation is in a village with preserved old structures (church, manor house etc.), away from mass tourism by the Baltic Sea, where you can find peace and quiet but still get to the town and the beach within half an hour.
The fully enclosed site measures 10,000m² and has a park-like character. There is a little herd of sheep in a separate area, which may be fed with bread. There are several shady or sunny spots with seating and loungers. A charcoal grill is available.
The non-smoking apartment measures 85m² and can accommodate four people in two bedrooms. A child’s bed (for a toddler up to 2 years old) and a highchair can be provided. All the rooms have traditional wooden floorboards. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (100 x 200cm). The kitchen is integrated into the very spacious living room.
The house stands detached on a large site on the edge of the little village Petschow. All around, it is surrounded by meadows and fields. Those who like exercise outdoors have plenty of opportunity to do so. It is 2km to a swimming like by bike or car.
Your apartment is in a historical listed building from 1743 that was renovated carefully and according to ecological standards in 2013. The Pastor Becker holiday apartment features the exposed beams of the original timber-framed structure.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
