Rügen is an island for every season, whether in spring with the blossoming rape fields, in summer for a beach holiday in the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe, Göhren or for extended hikes in the autumnal nature or in winter for the natural spectacle of the frozen Baltic Sea and Bodden waters.
The unique beauty of the island of Rügen with its unspoilt nature forms the basis for a relaxing and eventful holiday.
Lancken-Granitz is a state-recognised resort with around 400 inhabitants. The village is perfectly connected to various cycling and hiking trails on Rügen. For nature lovers, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Lake Neuensien is just a 5-minute walk away. The Baltic seaside resorts of Sellin and Binz can be reached within a few minutes by car or by bike.
2-room flat for 2 to 3 people on the ground floor (approx. 49 sqm living space) The flat has a bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an integrated fitted kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with shower/WC, a safe, smart TVs in the living room and bedroom and a furnished terrace in the garden. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is integrated into the large living room. From here you have direct access to the sun terrace with garden furniture. All our holiday flats are non-smoking flats.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, unwind and play.
The garden includes terraces with seating areas, beach chairs, parasols and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings from the garden. There is also a barbecue area in the garden.
The children's playground for our younger guests is equipped with a swing, a playhouse, a slide and a sandpit. There are also free outdoor games such as badminton, volleyball and football.
Car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and are free of charge for our guests.
For all smokers there is a smoking pavilion in the front garden.

Lancken-Granitz is a small village near the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. The state-recognised resort is located in the heart of the south-east Rügen biosphere reserve between the Granitz mountain range and the Neuensiener See nature reserve. The small community of 400 people has grown up around a Gothic brick church dating back to the 15th century. The megalithic tombs are a tourist attraction. Lancken-Granitz is very well connected to the network of cycling and hiking trails on Rügen, making our apartment complex the ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks and island explorations. Lake Neuensien is approx. 400 metres from our accommodation. The traditional fishing village of Seedorf can be reached after a leisurely stroll along the lake.
Our apartment complex is perfect for families with children, those seeking relaxation, dog owners as well as sports enthusiasts and explorers.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
