Welcome – our holiday apartment "Melina" is located on the island of Rügen in the Mönchgut district, between the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz and Sellin.

Enjoy 60 square meters of pure vacation comfort with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen. The apartment accommodates four people and features:

a quiet property
a 24-square-meter living room with a kitchenette, a separate 17-square-meter bedroom with a double bed, a second separate 10-square-meter bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and toilet (9 square meters), and a parking space on the property.

Storage for sports equipment (bicycles, surfboards) is available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
