The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

The holiday home "Paradies an der Müritz" is a family-friendly holiday home with a great kitchen and a spacious living/dining area directly on the Müritz cycle/hiking path in a quiet location with a view of the Müritz, just 300 m from the bathing area. The large holiday home on the Mecklenburg Lake District with top facilities is ideal for families with children, toddlers, babies and dogs.

Particularly noteworthy are the terrace in front of the house, surrounded by green hedges, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and our beautiful, fully fenced garden, where you can enjoy the morning sun at a large, round table for six while having breakfast together.
Of course, you can also shelter from the sun here under a large parasol.
There is also a barbecue, a beach chair and two sun loungers in the garden.
For our younger guests, there is a large playground with a sandpit, large slide and climbing frames next to our garden, separated only by our garden gate.
Our green garden invites you to eat, sunbathe, chill out and play.

Furthermore, there is a large living/dining area with exclusive interior design, real leather couch, Italian cherry dining table for 6 people, 49'' 4K UHD Smart TV with home entertainment system, SAT-HD TV, Wii Sport Resorts and Wii Fit Board. The house also has 3 bedrooms, one with a 42'' LED LCD TV, a bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail, hairdryer, a guest WC with washing machine and tumble dryer. A beach chair and WLAN are also available. You can use 2 car parking spaces (one carport) and other parking facilities.

The holiday home "Paradies an der Müritz" is very quietly located in the small village of Klink-Sembzin, directly on the Müritz cycling and hiking trail and only approx. 300m from the Müritz. Klink (2 km) with its harbour, two bathing beaches and a variety of sports facilities also has excellent restaurants.
In the climatic health resort of Waren (7 km) you will find a variety of shopping facilities, the newly built Müritzeum and a lovingly restored old town worth seeing.
In Göhren-Lebbin (12 km) you will find a true Eldorado for golfers with five golf courses and the largest driving range in Europe, as well as tennis and squash courts and a large wellness spa.
Bordering Waren is the Müritz National Park (15 km), the largest national park in Germany with unique, unspoilt natural landscapes.

With two dog bowls, a large dog basket, changing table, nappy bin, triptrap, 2 x high chairs, 2 x baby cots, children's play corner with children's books, toys, painting materials and stair gates upstairs and downstairs, our house is perfectly equipped for holidays with (small) children and dogs.

As our large holiday home has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet, it is also ideal as a three-generation holiday home.

Equipped in this way, the whole family, including the dog, can feel at home in our 4-star holiday home "Paradies an der Müritz".

We use 100% green electricity from hydropower!

Our house is a non-smoking house and smoking in the house is also not permitted for visitors.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
