It is 4km to the little town Barth with all shopping facilities. Barth has a little section of beach by the bodden. You can also take the train to Barth, after a short walk to the train station in Kenz. If you are looking for a beach, then the Baltic Sea is only about 15km away. There is plenty for those interested in culture. It is about a 30-minute drive to the Stralsund old town with its beautiful architecture and museums.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
